What We Look For in a Property
Contractor accommodation does not need to be a luxury short-let. It must be practical, clean and well-maintained. Here are the primary requirements:
- Located in Thurrock, Essex, the Gravesend / North Kent area, or nearby
- 1 bedroom minimum; larger properties particularly useful for team accommodation
- Fully furnished and equipped
- Working kitchen with cooking facilities
- Laundry facilities (washing machine at minimum)
- Off-street parking strongly preferred
- Reliable broadband or WiFi connection
- Clean, well-maintained and in good decorative order
- Available for weekly or monthly bookings
