- 1 bedroom minimum; larger properties particularly useful for team accommodation
- Fully furnished and equipped
- Working kitchen
- Laundry facilities (washing machine at minimum)
- Off-street parking strongly preferred
- Reliable broadband / WiFi connection
- Clean, well-maintained and in good decorative order
- Available for weekly or monthly bookings
