Once confirmed, we arrange everything — check-in details, access instructions, welcome information. Your team can arrive and settle in without complication.
Ongoing management
For the duration of your project, we remain your point of contact. Extensions, crew changes, maintenance queries — all handled directly and promptly.
Current Availability
We currently operate two managed properties in Thurrock, Essex — a 1-bedroom cabin and a 3-bedroom house sleeping up to 7. Both are located in Thurrock, directly relevant to teams working on the north side of the Lower Thames Crossing.
When your requirements exceed our current availability — whether for a larger crew or properties on both sides of the river — we actively source additional suitable accommodation in the area. You deal with us throughout, regardless of which property your team occupies.
